BMRCL has prepared the Draft Transit Oriented Development Policy for Bengaluru City and has invited public suggestions on the same before June 7th 2019
Transit Oriented Development (TOD) is the development of concentrated nodes of moderate-to-high mixed land use density within 5 to 10 minutes of walking distance from mass transit stations which are well integrated with pedestrian, bicycle, feeder and transit networks.
