  1. My site in Begur was appearing in yellow zone according to RMP 2015. However this area is now marked as Green zone in RMP 2031. I am deeply disturbed.

  2. Some of the world’s best cities:

    A.Shanghai :Area : 6500 sq.km, Population : 2.4 crore
    B.Dubai:Area : 4200 sq.km ,Population:30 Lakhs
    C.Sydney: Area: 12,500 sq.km, Population: 50 Lakhs
    India :
    A.Mumbai – Area : 600 sq km, Population :above 1.5 crore

    B.Bangalore – Area : 740 sq km, Population: 1 crore…
    C. Delhi – Area : 1450 sq km, Population : 1.64 crore..
    D. Kolkota -Area : 700 sq.km, population:1.5 crore….
Solution:A.Stop naming cities as New Mumbai, New Bangalore, New Delhi, Rural Bangalore, Urban Bangalore…

For 1 million population make min. 600 sq km city limit means ,we have to make Bengaluru 6000 sq km, in this way we  can make Bengaluru …new Shanghai and can compete with California….so include some part of tumkur, gauribidnoor ,chikkaballapur and kolar into Bengaluru……….

  3. Dear Sir, in Planning district 9,

    1. The proposed map shows all road side commercial spaces removed and clubbed together under one major space. Is that true. This will help remove peak time deadlocks on these roads.

    2. Pl consider providing one or two green parks apart from at least one playing ground.

  4. rejoinder to my e-mail dated 23.01.2018
I purchased property No.28, situated at BTM 6th Stage, 1st Block in a layout formed by Bangalore Development Authority. As per earlier guideline site surrounding lake bed have to construct building by leaving space of 30 Mtr from Lake Bed. However, the proposed master plan it has been increased to 75 mtrs which is unfair. BDA would have been verified all these matter before formation of layout.

  5. As per the Master plan sites surrounding lake bed have to leave 75 Mtrs space. Earlier it was 30 Mtrs. BBMP cannot change the rule as and when they decide. It is a wrong decision and also violation of natural justice as well as against law. I sincerely request BBMP to continue existing rule only.

  7. The buffer Zone in 5 th Main Sector-7 H.S.R layout or for that matter in the entire sector is not required, since the drain is big enough and so far there is no disturbance in the recent heavy rains. Since sewage water too is being released by B W S S B in rain water drains and due to its non maintenance, there has been some overflowing. What is required is preventive maintainence as required every year before the commencement of rainy season. Do not alter the buffer zone in Sector 7 , as it is a planned and well developed layout. What is required is regular and timely maintainence of drains as envisaged

  8. Traffic congestion in Bangalore is a big issue and most of the time this happens as Citizens are not feared of Violating traffic rules.
How can we ensure BTP is more empowered / resourced (More 2 star officers) to carry daily checks and detain traffic violators to create fear to violate traffic rules. Improved infrastructure with Cameras in Signals and more Hoysala for only Traffic controlling may be an option.
Today’s situation is scary with Traffic Violators being let free or very few being detained for violating traffic.

    Thanks for reading .
    Regards,
    Raji

  9. pls corrections are requested on super imposed of roads , zones on village map by Bangalore international airport area planning authority in area of Huttanahalli village Jala hobli Bangalore north Additional taluk , which has lot of mistakes made while super imposing.& also most of the lands which earmarked as Semipublic zone, 90% of this semipublic zone has been converted to residential surpose long back . So even this has to be corrected & do needful in this regard.

  10. The BDA authorities are here by requested to check the roads which were provided in 1985,2015,RMP which were removed in 2035 RMP in the area Jakkur plantation & in jakkur ,yelahanka hobli, blore north. What the use of revising RMP time to time.

  11. In Kodathi Special Zone, though the area is developed , the Map shows no houses, and a 60 Ft Road is planned to pass on the Houses, though there is vacant space for this, it is untouched. BDA officials must look into this, as the map is very old and google maps latest already shows these houses.

  12. It is very surprising to see the Hbr 1st block, completely marked in blue zone(lake),which is once again formed by the BDA in 1988.while 80%of the layout is already with apartments and houses how can the CDP now show it as lake.Request the authorities to pls recheck and do neccassary changes.

  13. The BDA authorities are hereby requested to alter any thing to HSR-III Sector, 17th Main, 22nd Cross, Bangalore – 560 034 — As these Site No. 358/A, 22nd cross, 17th Main, HSR-III rd sector has been alloted by BDA only and it is not a Revenue Site or a Private Lay out or a Corporation Site. It any wrong decession taken against this Layout, it becomes violation of Natural Justice and Law. Therefore, this is once again requested the authorities concern not to take any hasty action against the HSR-III rd Sector citizens. With kind regards……..
